John joined The "A" Team in 2010 as a corporate officer and also VP of Maintenance & Project Mgmt. In 2014, due to the high demand for the Maintenance Dept. in Azari PM, he decided to expand his construction mgmt Dept. and opened his own construction & project management company named; Luzon Project Mgmt. LLC.
John is the team's full-time licensed contractor and for all maintenance requests as little as; a toilet leak or disposal not working to large projects like remodeling the entire bathroom or kitchen ( to provide a nicer home for our future tenants ), he uses California-licensed subcontractors who are also carrying their own insurance, worker's compensation, and bond. John wants to make sure through his qualified & bonded subcontractors he is giving the best maintenance service to our tenants and also getting several estimates for any jobs over $500.00, he is also getting the best price/cost for our valuable landlords.
John has a sharp eye and a multitude of skills, he brings to the table the efficiency and accuracy to carry out any project from beginning to end professionally. Never being professionally trained in design does not hold John back with his keen eye, this man has a flair for style. He is ready to work with our clients to ensure that their dollar goes a long way, maximizing the earning potential of our clients' homes.

Genie was born and raised in one of the most beautiful and desirable places to live, San Francisco, and has never left. She loves this city with all of its wonderful neighborhoods and the diversity of people from all over the world who come to live and work here. As a graduate of Lowell High School, she attended San Francisco State University, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management in 1979. Since Genie comes from an entrepreneurial family that owned businesses in San Francisco and had realtors in the family, it was natural for her to attend Anthony Schools to become a licensed real estate agent in 1981. After working as an agent for a few years, her career path led to the title and escrow area of the industry, where she worked for many years, up to Vice President/Branch Manager/Senior. Escrow Officer. Having maintained her license and wanting to actively return to the sales area of the Real Estate industry, she then joined the company in 2008.
Genie’s true enjoyment of Real Estate comes from working closely with clients to find the best property available to meet their needs, whether a first home or an investment property to add to their portfolio, or to assist in selling their property to achieve the best possible result. The successes she has enjoyed in her career have stemmed from her business goals and philosophies, which include: being honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of ethics and the utmost integrity; professional, responsive, efficient, friendly, and caring; delivering superior customer service and holding to a high standard of excellence.
Genie was elected and served as VP of membership, 2010 President-Elect, and 2011 President of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), San Francisco Chapter. She was elected and served for 2 years on the Board of Directors for the Chinese Real Estate Associates of America, SF. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the San Francisco Association of Realtors. In her leisure time, Genie enjoys the many activities San Francisco and the Bay Area offer, as well as traveling to other parts of the world. Skiing, sailing, music, theatre, and art are just a few of her favorites.

Kris Sherman joined our team in early 2025 as an Operations Assistant, bringing 20 years of real estate and Property Management industry experience.
With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, Kris is dedicated to addressing the needs of owners and tenants with prompt attention, patience, and a diligent work ethic.
His responsibilities include conducting regular and annual safety property inspections, providing top-notch customer service, and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless property maintenance.
Kris also plays a key role in marketing rental units and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring San Francisco's beautiful parks with his family.

REZA FOROUGHI

Reza joined Luzon Project Mgmt. LLC, as part of the maintenance management team, reported directly to John Evangelatos, President of Luzon Construction & Project Mgmt, in early 2015. Born and raised in Iran, Reza and his family of four immigrated to the US several years ago. In his previous jobs in the US, Reza worked as a manager for a few companies and was able to increase customer relationship ratings by also increasing sales and profitability prior to starting his career in Luzon Construction & Project Mgmt.
Reza has a passion and love for building construction management and is very familiar with basic maintenance and repair work needed to be done in our rental properties. With a combination of several years of successful management and customer service under his belt and the technical knowledge, Reza is confident that he can increase the level of client satisfaction in the Azari PM maintenance and inspection department.
Reza believes that the customer is the king! His goal is to be able to respond to all our tenants and landlords' repairs and maintenance work orders as soon as possible and to make Azari PM’s maintenance department one of the best in San Francisco and the universe! Reza appreciates and welcomes any suggestions and recommendations that make his new department shine.
